**Job responsibilities**:

- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials and assets.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, sales, and operations to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to bring fresh ideas and insights to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
- Possession of own transportation.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign, and Dreamweaver & photography and videography skills experience will be an advantage
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), Alternate Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm)
