**Deskripsi Tugas**:
Kami sedang mencari individu yang bersemangat, kreatif dan berorientasikan hasil untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai _Online Sales & Marketing Executive_. Anda akan bertanggungjawab merancang dan melaksanakan kempen pemasaran digital serta mengurus proses jualan secara atas talian dan luar talian.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Menghasilkan kandungan pemasaran yang menarik dan relevan.
- Mengurus platform media sosial syarikat (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, dll).
- Menjalankan analisis pasaran, trend, dan prestasi kempen.
- Menyediakan laporan pemasaran dan jualan.
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan berpotensi dan sedia ada.
- Menyokong pasukan jualan dalam menutup jualan dan mencapai sasaran.
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui media sosial, WhatsApp dan panggilan telefon.

**Kelayakan**:

- Minimum Diploma dalam Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
- Sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman dalam pemasaran digital atau jualan.
- Mahir menggunakan alat digital seperti Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, dan Mailchimp adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mempunyai daya komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Kreatif, berdikari dan mampu bekerja dalam pasukan.
- Boleh bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mencapai KPI yang ditetapkan.
- Fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
