Job Description: - Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. - Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods. - Ensure payment voucher is match to the supporting documents (PO, DO, INV) and the payment amount is correct. - Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is in order and can be filed accordingly. - Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis. - Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. - Ensuring accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. - Assist in monthly physical stock count activity. - Assist in assets tagging and sighting. - Manage and organise records and files. - Handle despatch for banking documents/any other documents. - To prepare relevant reports as needed. - Report to GL team. - Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. - To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company. - Protect and retain documents and records under your control to assure that they are readily retrievable. Job Requirement: - At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or general education degree required. - At least 2 year(s) of data entry experience or related office experience. - Preferably familiar with Autocount, ERP software, MS Office. - Strong computer skills. - Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to think analytically. **Benefits**: - Free parking - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Expected Start Date: 10/10/2024
