**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for the **fiber infrastructure and network division**.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with field technicians and project teams to **track daily work progress**.
- Update project status, site activities, and completion records in internal systems.
- Assist in scheduling, job assignment tracking, and communication with clients when required.
- Prepare purchase requests, material tracking, and simple inventory records for fiber-related projects.
- Standby on Saturdays to provide administrative updates and follow-ups on site progress.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, IT, or related field**.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Able to work independently with attention to detail.
- Willingness to coordinate closely with field/technical teams.
- Basic understanding of fiber optic or network deployment is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday (normal office hours)
- Saturday (on standby - to provide updates on field or site work progress)

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
