Deskripsi kerja: - Untuk menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran am kepada syarikat - Menyusun dan menyelenggara fail dan rekod - Membantu jabatan pentadbir dalam mengesahkan, menyediakan, memulakan, dokumentasi - Mengeluarkan surat apabila menerima permintaan dalam sistem komputer - Kemas kini kepada sistem komputer apabila menerima surat yang dikembalikan - Kemas kini & sahkan data dalam sistem komputer apabila menerima data baharu - Kemas kini Pembayaran dalam SQL - Sebarang tugas lain seperti dan apabila diarahkan oleh pihak atasan - Bersedia melakukan pelbagai tugas apabila diperlukan - Tanggungjawab, komited & tugas Jam bekerja: Isnin - Jumaat : 8.30 pagi - 6.00 petang, Sabtu 8.30 pagi - 1.00 petang (dengan jadual) Masa makan tengah hari: 1:00pm - 2:00pm Faedah: - Gaji pokok dari RM1700 ke atas (rundingan berdasarkan pengalaman) - EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Insurans Perubatan & Elaun Kehadiran bernilai RM300 - Cuti Tahunan, Tuntutan Perubatan & Cuti Sakit - Bonus Tahunan, Makan Malam Tahunan & Cabutan Bertuah - Juga ada surau, pantri, microwave, peti ais & lain-lain Faedah: - Insurans pergigian - Insuran kesihatan - Cuti bersalin - Cuti ibu bapa - Insurans penglihatan Tarikh Mula Jangkaan : Urgent Temuduga di pejabat kami.
