**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Production Management:

- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor production output and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate production plans with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

2. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
- Address quality issues promptly and work with teams to implement corrective actions.

3. Staff Coordination:

- Manage and support factory staff, including training and development.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure effective workflow and coverage.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.

4. Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce health and safety regulations within the factory to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular safety audits and risk assessments.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices in manufacturing.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor progress.

6. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate supply.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability.
- Assist in conducting inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding production performance and issues.
- Document and communicate any incidents or operational challenges.

8. Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance) to ensure cohesive operations.
- Communicate effectively with senior management about production status and any concerns.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production operations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.

**Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
