- Preferrable can speak Mandarin due to reporting to China HQ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for general administrative duties in the office.
- Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record
- To handle stock order, arrange stock delivery and liaise with Service team
- To manage customer enquiries & complaints if any.
- To handle claims
- To maintain office stationery & handle office repair services.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
