_**VERY URGENT**_ **Job Summary**: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join our fast-growing accounting team. Asan AP Manager, you will play an essential role in the financial operations of our company. Reporting to the Company's Malaysia Country Controller, you will oversee the team to verify and process invoices, approve payments, and lead AP Shared Services (covering the US,Malaysia, and India regions). The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention todetail, and the ability to manage both the big picture and day-to-day activities in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will work closely with both the US Head Office and other global entities. **Responsibilities**: - Lead AP specialists in reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices - Approve invoices and process payments - Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams promptly - Handle 3-way and 2-way matching of invoices to PO & GRIR - Reconcile vendor statements and collaborate with Purchasing to address discrepancies - Process employee expense reports and ensure adherence to company guidelines using Concur - Perform month and quarter-end close activities - Provide supporting documentation for audits and SOX compliance related to Accounts Payable - Deliver excellent customer service to vendors, management, and colleagues - Adhere to accounting standards and meet deadlines consistently - Take on special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed - Participate in system enhancements and upgrades with the Financial Systems team **Qualifications**: - BA/BS degree in Finance/Accounting preferred - Minimum 4 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to rectify errors independently - Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 is a plus) and Concur - Manufacturing industry experience is a plus - Experience in multinational, publicly listed companies is a plus - Flexible and able to pivot quickly to meet business demands - Ability to work with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) **Remarks**:Car Allowance : RM800/mnth :Medical & Insurance :13th month pay :RSU (stock) -Target Bonus (Quarterly) -Yearly Bonus (Annual) -5 years vesting EPF -Employer Contribution 15% **Work Arrangement Remarks**: Fixed Weekdays normal office, 9-6pm. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM16,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - Last/Current drawn salary? - Expected salary? - Notice period? **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Accounts payable: 4 years (preferred) - ERP systems: 4 years (preferred) - Multinational companies: 4 years (preferred) - Publicly enlisted companies: 4 years (preferred) - Microsoft 365: 4 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) **Location**: - Simpang Ampat (preferred) Application Deadline: 12/31/2024
