- FEMALE.
- Diploma in ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT OR any related field will be given priority.

Administrative task or job scope:

- Data entry and filling
- Preparing documentation professionally and efficiently such as preparing or writing official letter
- General administration with responsibility for accounting tasks
- To support the overall administration work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in office
- Also as Personal Assistant for boss
- Organize, tidy and prepare place for meetings or other events
- Help in administration or preparing medicines when needed
- Any other general administrative duties may be assigned
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Basic requirements:

- **Diploma or Degree qualified**: Minimum Diploma certification required, with experienced in administration
- **Bilingual communicator**: Fluency in both Malay and English, with strong communication skills.
- **Friendly personality**: A positive attitude and professional to represent the company well.
- **Quick learner**: Enthusiasm to develop new skills and grow within the role.
- **Detail-oriented**: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team player**: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- **Reliable professional**: Punctual, committed, and trustworthy in handling confidential information.

**Experience**:

- Administrative: At least 1 years experienced in administration

Allowances, Bonus, KWSP, EPF, Socso.
