- **Penyediaan Minuman** - Anda perlu memahami cara membuat pelbagai jenis kopi seperti espresso, latte, cappuccino, dan lain-lain mengikut resipi yang ditetapkan.
- **Interaksi dengan Pelanggan** - Memberikan layanan mesra, mengambil pesanan dengan tepat, dan menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai menu.
- **Pengendalian Peralatan** - Menggunakan mesin kopi, pengisar biji kopi, dan peralatan lain dengan betul serta memastikan ia sentiasa bersih dan berfungsi dengan baik.
- **Pengurusan Stok** - Memastikan bahan-bahan seperti biji kopi, susu, dan sirap sentiasa mencukupi serta membantu dalam penyusunan stok.
- **Kebersihan dan Keselamatan** - Menjaga kebersihan tempat kerja, termasuk kaunter, mesin kopi, dan peralatan lain, serta mematuhi standard keselamatan makanan.
- **Kemahiran Tambahan** - Sesetengah kedai kopi mungkin memerlukan kemahiran latte art atau pengetahuan tentang asal-usul biji kopi.
- **Lokasi kerja** - PETRONAS Station LDP Puchong Utama
