- Process and key in orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on returns.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including managing data entry, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Assist with organizing and managing product displays and promotional materials at retail locations.
- Ensure proper matching of purchase orders (PO) with invoices and deliveries.
- Assist with organizing, setting up, and managing pop-up booths at trade shows and promotional events.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and track order status for the sales team.
- Stay informed about Mahnaz Food's product offerings and market trends to assist the sales team and clients effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing products as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in FMCG or a similar industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems.
- Willingness to travel for business needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales/ Merchandising: 1 year (preferred)
- FMCG: 1 year (preferred)
