**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain electrical installations up to 33kV, including transformers, switchgears, and panels.
- Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems to avoid unexpected failures.
- Monitor and ensure uninterrupted electrical supply to critical systems such as lighting, HVAC, escalators, lifts, and POS systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all electrical systems comply with Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical installations to ensure operational reliability.
- Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors during electrical-related works or renovations.
- Maintain and update electrical logbooks, inspection records, and maintenance reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and power outages.
- Participate in energy-saving initiatives and provide suggestions for efficiency improvements.
- Support other maintenance tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by the facilities team.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
- **Certification**: Valid BO Chargeman Certificate (33kV) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of working experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a retail, commercial, or property management setting

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
