**Role description**:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workato Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using the Workato iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and manage complex integration recipes and workflows on the Workato platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, DevOps) to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions.
- Build custom connectors and manage real-time and batch integrations across cloud and on-premise systems.
- Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and performance tuning in integration flows.
- Lead technical design sessions, provide guidance to junior developers, and enforce Workato best practices.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Work closely with security and governance teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes using DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML data formats.
- Proficiency in data transformation, conditional logic, and workflow automation.
- Experience with integration of SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
- Familiarity with authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, API Key).
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting (JavaScript, Python), and version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
