**About You**

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical operations of the Ampang Experience Center, ensuring all vehicle maintenance and repair work meets Carsome standards and customer expectations. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager, you will supervise a team of technicians, manage project timelines, and ensure safety and compliance standards are adhered to. Your role will also involve technical training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- **Team Leadership**: Managing and motivating a technical team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- **Technical Oversight**: Ensuring the team’s work aligns with project requirements, company standards, and relevant regulations.
- **Project Management**: Contributing to project planning, execution, and completion, often within defined timelines and budget.
- **Training and Development**: Providing technical training, coaching, and mentorship to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting safe work practices.
- **Communication and Reporting**: Keeping stakeholders informed through regular reporting and updates.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identifying areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and technical operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
