**About the role**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organisation.
**What you'll be doing**
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping, as well as assisting account department to make payments.
- Making purchasing order (PO) in Xero for all the purchasing materials from designers & site managers.
- Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling monthly meeting and organising office supplies
- Continuously seeking ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as designers, site managers, suppliers, sales team, and operation warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during purchasing order.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
