**Job Descriptions**
- To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the plan production schedules.
- To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department
- To achieve productivity, quality and cost control objectives.
- Maintain and improve process efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure proper completion of the daily production checklist, report and records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
- Responsible for the production operation including warehousing to comply with food manufacturing standards.
- To oversee and involve (when necessary) in the production process including receiving, storage of raw material/ packaging material, melting, weighing, filtration, emulsifying, crystallization, filing, packing, storage of finished product and distribution.
- To monitor waste management and pest control are carried out effectively.
- To ensure production area, equipment cleanliness and personal hygiene of workers.
- To ensure the work in progress, remixing, finished product identification and its traceability.
- To monitor daily production output, weight checking, filtration and packing records are carried out effectively.

**Requirements**:

- SPM, Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years and above experience in Food Processing / Manufacturing or related industries are required for this position.
- Experience in implementing best practices in Food Processing / Manufacturing processes and technology.
- Knowledge/ hands on experience in GMP, HACCP, Halal and ISO requirements is an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Require language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puncak Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
