**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Primary point of contact for fault/incident reporting, technical enquires and request.
- 1st level troubleshooting of all network and system related problems.
- Perform alarm monitoring.
- Manage and ensure all incidents been resolved within the specific Service Level.
- Escalate to or/and follow-up with internal and external team when necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to work at Cyberjaya
- Aged 30 years and below
- Strong team player, self motivated driven and willing to learn
- Proficient in English Language
- Degree in Networking, Engineering, IT or equivalent with CGPA of 2.7 and above (must criteria)
- Malaysian Citizen graduates from local or international universities
- Professional Certification - any of the below will be advantageous: ITIL, CISCO, other networking related
