Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models within our global Planning tool Kinaxis Maestro. This includes appropriately cleansing historical events, running robust statistical modelling, and deciding what appropriate Intelligence to add looking forward is.
- Monitor and analyze Demand planning KPI’s like forecast accuracy, forecast value add, forecast bias etc
- Provide insights on demand trends, seasonality, and risks to improve planning accuracy.
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by presenting the updated demand insights along with key changes to assumptions, working with the market S&OP Manager
- Participate and provide relevant inputs in the weekly S&OE & monthly S&OP meetings
- Collaborate with other market teams and global Demand Planning Excellence lead to ensure adoption of required global frameworks and best practices
- Continuously improve demand planning processes through data-driven insights and best practices**.**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Demand planning: 7 years (preferred)
