The role is principally responsible for all activities related to corporate communication for the Company and its subsidiaries. In respect of corporate communication, the responsibilities include the preparation for public appearances, both physically and virtually via social media on behalf of the company. The role also assists all internal corporate communication programmes/ activities within the Company and its subsidiaries.

1. Assist in all corporate communication activities for the Group.
2. Assist in organising all corporate events and activities for the Group (e.g., Investor Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Hari Raya Open House).
3. Assist in company events and activities organised and/or led by other Group Functions (e.g., Human Resource) or companies within the Group (e.g., Family Day).
4. Assist in reviewing companies' websites with fresh content and formats to uphold Company branding and image to the public.
5. Assist in coordinating any appearance (physical' and content) of employees in public for Company and its subsidiaries including media interviews, panel discussions, lectures, talks, book publication, or any other programmes deem relevant.
6. Assist in developing and writing speeches, talking points, scripts, and publication materials as required by the Group.
7. Provide creative ideas for content writing.
8. Coordinate a corporate bulletin on a semi-annually basis for the Group.
9. Coordinate and assist in establishing relationships with media and press.
10. Assist in posting and reviewing content in all SharePoint Sites within the Group.
11. Assist in coordinating all digital marketing activities for all companies within the Group.
12. Assist in preparing for regular posts on the company's social media sites.

**Basic Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in English Linguistics, TESL, Public Relations or any relevant discipline.

**Experience**: At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in corporate communication, public relations, media, or journalism. Experience in creative and strategic thinking, oral communication, writing, editing and effective dissemination of information to wide audiences.
