**Company Background:**

Our client company, with its headquarters in Japan, is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

**Audit and Financial Reporting**
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors during annual audits.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues.

**Taxation**
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments to financial practices.
- Assist in tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

**Cash Flow Management**
- Monitor and manage the company cash flow.
- Analyze cash flow trends and work to optimize cash flow positions.

**Full Set Accounts**
- Prepare full set of accounts.
- Maintain and update accounting systems and records for accuracy.

**Compliance and Internal Controls**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Provide recommendations to improve internal processes and financial management practices.
- Assist with the implementation of best practices in accounting and finance.

**Financial Analysis and Decision Support**
- Provide regular financial analysis and reports to management, helping in decision-making processes.
- Identify key financial indicators and trends to support strategic planning.

**Ad Hoc Support**
- Provide financial related support and analysis for special projects and business initiatives as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written).
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles (manufacturing background is preferred).
- Experience with full set accounts, taxation, cash flow management, and audit is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
