As we continue to grow, we seek a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier talent and driving business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.

**Sales Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for sales positions.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and strategies.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and digital marketing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Diploma and above qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for this position in dealing with the Mandarin market.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, focusing on digital marketing and sales recruitment preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience leveraging digital channels for talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and objectives.
- Strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive recruitment strategies.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Benefit**:

- 13th-month salary
- commission based
- leave the office as early as 4 pm

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
