Customer Service

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, or company policies.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments for further action.
- Listen actively to customer complaints and identify the root cause.
- Offer appropriate solutions or alternatives to resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up to ensure cases are closed successfully.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, response rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing service reports, summaries, or documentation as required.
- Support ad hoc customer service or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher education will be an added advantage).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
