**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- **Responding to Customer Inquiries**
Respond to all customer inquiries via social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and others, providing accurate information.
- **Handling Customer Complaints**
Address customer complaints promptly, offer appropriate solutions, and ensure complaints are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
- **Providing After-Sales Support**
Assist customers with post-sale issues such as delivery, returns, and questions regarding products or warranties.
- **Coordinating with Other Departments**
Communicate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and delivery to obtain necessary information for resolving customer inquiries.
- **Monitoring Customer Feedback**
Monitor customer comments and reviews on social media platforms, take appropriate follow-up action, and provide feedback to management.
- **Maintaining Customer Interaction Records**
Keep records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring that data is updated for future reference.
- **Reporting Problem Trends**
Prepare regular reports on recurring issues or complaints and provide recommendations for improving customer service.
- **Assisting in Promotional Activities**
Support the marketing team by providing customer feedback on products and assist in promoting furniture on social media platforms.
- **Monitoring and Reporting Performance**
Measure response times and customer satisfaction on social media platforms, and provide monthly performance reports to company management.
- **Updating Customer Database**
Ensure that all customer information and interactions through social media are recorded and updated in the company’s database.
**Requirement**:
- Knowledge about Customer Service Representative (CSR) or a related field
- Previous job experience in the furniture or related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction
- Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and materials
- Appreciation for design aesthetics and the ability to convey design concepts to clients
- Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable deals
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding customer targets
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors as needed
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, especially the design and production teams
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with team, work independently, responsive and informative
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- **Contract basis for 3 months and will confirm as permanent staff if performance is satisfactory**
