**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
- Prepare and manage official correspondence including letters, memos, and notices.
- Draft, record, and distribute meeting minutes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist customers and residents by providing accurate information and support.
- Receive, verify, and process invoices as well as maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for company-related matters.
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring records are updated and organized.
- Assist management in preparing reports, quotations, and other documents.
- Support colleagues and management in completing tasks and projects within deadlines.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in administration/clerical duties preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Customer service-oriented and able to handle inquiries with professionalism.
**WORKING HOURS**
Monday -Friday : 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Saturday : 9:00AM - 1:00PM
