**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and adhere to all processes within the transaction cycle, including registration, enrollment, data modification, contribution, payment, termination, transfer, investment, claims, document management, and inquiries.
- Oversee daily operations and processes for HK ePension transactions, ensuring timely service delivery in compliance with HK Pension Administrator policies, rules, and regulations while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Verify data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate transaction discrepancies and exceptions, identify root causes, and implement end-to-end solutions to ensure seamless contribution-to-payment tagging without delays.
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables efficiently.
- Handle inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
- Take on special assignments, projects, and ad-hoc tasks as delegated by supervisors.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and developments by contributing user and functional requirements, performing end-to-end testing, and working closely with developers to ensure successful implementation.

**Job Requirements**
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data analysis.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking stakeholders.
- Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays in alignment with Hong Kong’s public holiday schedule.
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Monday-Friday full day; Saturday half day) and to work on-site in Malaysia.
- Open to working in shift arrangements.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
