Ensure that all on-site activities follow or comply with project schedules, plans, and drawings.
- Continuously monitor, verify, and document subcontractors' work while maintaining accurate records of their activities.
- Supervise the submission of subcontractors' daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and submitted on time with proper supporting documents.
- Oversee the proper usage and maintenance of company assets and facilities on-site, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare checklists for joint inspections with client representatives, and actively participate in discussions with clients, local councils, and district offices when necessary.
- Be ready to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3- 5 years experience in construction especially in **building works, C&S, architectural work would be added advantages.**:

- Able to meet assignment deadlines.
- Hardworking, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Fresh graduates are welcome to join us.**:
