**Your Role**:
- Develop and implement swimming training programs for individuals or groups, focusing on improving techniques, speed, and endurance.
- Instruct swimmers on proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing, and safety protocols.
- Plan and conduct swim practices, adapting to the abilities and progress of the swimmers.
- Monitor swimmers during training sessions, providing constructive feedback and motivation.
- Ensure the safety of all swimmers, adhering to facility safety rules and emergency procedures.
**About You**:
- **Freelance**: Proven experience as a swim coach or swimming instructor.
- **Full-Time**: No swimming experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, dedication, and the ability to motivate swimmers to achieve their best.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for practices and competitions.
- Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, and CPR (preferred but can be provided as part of training).
