**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a **Senior / Lead Specialist, Supplier Compliance and Sustainability**.
This position plays a key role in supporting our supply chain integrity, environmental initiatives, and responsible sourcing programs.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct supplier assessments based on our Supplier Code of Conduct and industry standards.
- Develop and implement supplier audit plans and improvement programs.
- Review audit results, prepare reports, and follow up with suppliers on corrective actions.
- Manage data collection for Responsible Minerals Reporting (CMRT, EMRT, AMRT).
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve compliance and sustainability performance.
- Support new supplier assessments in Malaysia and the Southeast Asia region.
- Measure and monitor greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to supplier activities.
- Assist in preparing sustainability updates and progress reports for internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Law, Business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, sustainability, or supply chain.
- Familiar with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards or corporate social responsibility practices.
- Knowledge of responsible minerals reporting and sustainability programs is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
