_**Job Descriptions**:_
- Allocate merchandise mix for boutiques to meet sales, GP%, and stock turnover targets based on annual budgets.
- Efficiently generate data for reordering to maximize sales.
- Recommend, coordinate, and oversee inventory levels.
- Provide monthly updates on MTD and YTD purchase plans versus actual in-stock inventory for monitoring.
- Select relevant store items based on historical data, market trends, sales performance, selling period, MOI/DOI, and dollar per square foot metrics.
- Analyze the sales performance report.
- Oversee seasonal buying according to approved OTB.
- Regularly visit boutiques to assess merchandise as scheduled.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure production lead times and scheduled launch dates are met.
- Plan stock arrangement for new openings based on sales forecasts.
- Provide product training and visual merchandising support during new launching or special promo.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Extensive experience in retail, planning, and distribution.
- Strong skills in planning, leadership, organization, and task prioritization.
- Technical expertise in merchandise planning and inventory management.
- Familiarity with planning, inventory, purchase order management, and software systems.
- Proficient in report writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
