IT Executive

To manage and maintain IT systems, PCs, servers, IT equipment, website, ELV room and server room.
- As first level support, configure & troubleshoot networking equipment (i.e.: RJ45, WiFi AP, switches, routers and firewall).
- Manage and support Systems, i.e.: Front Office, POS, Rooms Door Lock, Accounting, CCTV, PABX, TV Channel & Door Access Systems, back office pc, servers, network, WiFi & telephone lines.
- Attend, support and response to staff on IT issue, i.e.: IT facilities & connectivity issue
- Maintain, monitor & ensure complete backups of all IT systems.
- Documentation of IT hardware & software assets Inventory, SOP, audits and network/system configurations.
- Provide IT support & training to end users.
- Reporting to IT Manager.
- Any other assignment as business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Possess strong analytical, technical skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Skills and experience in Windows, Servers and Networking.
- A team player with independent, resourceful, well-organized, motivator and excellent time management.
- Familiar with IT repairing (i.e.: hardware replacement, Hard Disk, Ram, power supply etc.)
- Strong with IT knowledge, troubleshooting error & repairing with strong desire to work and learn.
- Proficient in both written & verbal in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably with 3 year (s) of IT or end users support working experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
