**Responsibilities**:

- Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience of mobile development.
- 2+ years of experience in leading mobile development team.
- Proficient with Objective-C or Swift (Swift preferred), Java or Kotlin, Flutter.
- Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.
- Experience with automated testing and building.
- Experience with BitBucket or other version control tools.
- Proven experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code.
- Familiar with RESTFul APIs and GIT.
- Experienced with mobile app performance optimization and memory tuning.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
- Always up to date with latest technology and provide suggestions to the team.
- Have theoretical knowledge OR experiences in RTMP / FLV streaming, connect using socket.**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership a guidance to the mobile development team.-
- Ensure right processes are put in place and right tooling is used throughout the development process.
- Be a proactive member of the technical leadership team and contribute to the overall product development.
- Brainstorm and contribute to ideas on upcoming features.-
