As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support the sales team by streamlining processes, managing sales data, and ensuring efficient sales operations. **Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline documentation processes and ensure smooth operation of our media business.

2. Manage and maintain our internal client registration system, providing daily support to ensure accurate and efficient client data management.

3. Provide hands-on operational support for client campaigns, including monitoring campaign progress and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.

4. Monitor and ensure that work standards consistently meet or exceed established quality benchmarks.

5. Execute daily project administration tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, and coordination of resources.

6. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as documentation preparation, material organization, and sales reporting.

7. Any ad hoc assigned by the superior.

**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably within the media or advertising industry.

3. Good written in English and Chinese

4. Passion for social media platforms, trends, and emerging technologies.

5. Well-organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills

6. A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills

7. Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

8. Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
