Handyman/ Technician

**Job Scope for Handyman**
- Handle electrical wiring installation (single-phase) for houses and buildings.
- Perform regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems (split units, ceiling cassette, central systems, etc.).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in air conditioning systems efficiently and safely.
- Install and commission new air conditioning units as required.
- Install or replace lighting fixtures, sockets, and other electrical devices.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other building components.

**Qualification for Handyman**
- Proven experience in general maintenance, electrical wiring (single-phase or three-phase), and air conditioning systems.
- Relevant certifications in electrical or air conditioning are preferred.
- Must possess own transport.
- Strong skills in electrical wiring for residential buildings and air conditioning work.
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday (half day): Only if there is urgent work

**Working Location**: Multi-Kinetic Technology, Batu Maung Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
