To plan and develop for the implementation and administration of safety and health policies and practices to meet legal requirements.
- To liaise with external government officers and authorities in related to SHE matters and to ensure policies and regulation are meet their requirement.
- Observe work in progress and assure safety equipment is worn and procedures followed.
- To support the safety & health committee and Emergency Response Team (ERT)
- To coordinate and conduct where applicable, yearly fire drill, chemical spillage and first aid drills.
- To maintain the documentation for DOE and DOSH
- To investigate, analyze, make recommendation and maintain reports of industrial incidents / accidents or work hazards to determine causes and propose for preventive measures.
- To perform factory inspection and co-ordinate to ensure update of all DOSH machineries inspection schedule.
- To conduct induction safety training for new staff
- To design and conduct training for workers, contractors and visitors on workplace safety and awareness
- To participate in RBA Audit compliance
- To provide hostel training to the workers and inspect the hostel anytime related to Safety

**Requirements**:

- Prefer to have **Green Book**
- Able to work under pressure and
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Potentially hazardous or practices
- Legislation such as OSHA and procedures
- Report writing and policies for SHE
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Able to communicate, read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good in MS Excel and Word,
- Preferable Male only
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- 5.5 days working (Monday to Sat)
