**About the role**

Join our dynamic team at Floristika.Com.My Sdn Bhd as a Junior Operations Executive. This full-time position is based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing floristry business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the freshness of all floral products by changing water, trimming stems, repackaging, and conditioning flowers upon arrival.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods (fresh flowers, plants, and supplies) for both quantity and quality.
- Label and stock items accurately using **FIFO (First-In, First-Out)** practices for perishables.
- Pack products according to invoices and delivery orders, and ensure verification by the manager before sealing.
- Tag all product barcodes and price tags on respective containers and display buckets.
- Set up and restock the retail area with attractive and well-organized displays.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across all workspaces, including cold rooms, prep stations, and storage areas.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and distributing stock to various locations within the facility.
- Clear and return all trolleys to designated areas after use.
- Support walk-in customers, including helping to carry boxes or bags when necessary.
- Assist in ad-hoc packing tasks and fulfilment of last-minute or custom orders.
- Prepare and pack flowers and foliage for export shipments, ensuring compliance with handling procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
- Perform regular stock counts and support inventory reporting activities.
- Consistently follow company **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Male Physically fit and strong** — able to lift up to 25-30kg and stand for long hours.
- Comfortable working in **cold storage areas** and with perishable goods.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling, quality checking, and handling fragile items.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, especially during peak periods.
- Must be willing to work **early mornings, weekends, and public holidays** as needed.
- Basic reading and numerical skills for interpreting packing lists, labels, and invoices.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Experience in a **warehouse, cold room, or floriculture environment** is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
