**Job Summary**

Responsible for the end-to-end process of analytical solution, business engagement, conceptualization, technical specification and operational deployment. Ensures adoption of results by stakeholders and measures results of activation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Research & Analysis**:

- Provide customers and market insights based on customer analytics & feedback, market research, web analytics and external sources to set strategic direction and to provide basis for idea generation and problem solving.
- Collect, analyze internal data on key business ratios, monitor KPIs and other indicators to enable development of strategy and identify needs for necessary adjustment.

**Direct Website Management**:

- Create and update the direct online sales engine and funnel.
- Monitor the direct online sales performance.

**Direct Sales**

**Key Requirements**
- Entry level position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player and able to manage the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Able to work independently and take own initiative. Able to work with minimum supervision. Possess high learning agility.
