**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling brochures, banners, and other promotional collateral to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Optimize graphics for various digital platforms to ensure high-quality visuals across all devices.
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of marketing materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web design tasks.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for digital content.
