**Overview**:
Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.
We are looking for Product Managers to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. You will be able to drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with different functions within the organization, across different markets/regions, as well as different stakeholders to roll out product/asset specific campaigns/promotions.
- Growth marketing mindset and experience preferably to drive funnel conversion with the right product campaign/promotion.
- Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
- Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate feedback, help write test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ultimately ship products/features in a timely manner.
- Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately and weigh tradeoffs that must be made.
- Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis with ad-hoc reporting for major marketing campaigns when required.
- Perform market research and analysis and manage specific instruments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of agency or brand work experience.
- Preferably with experience in financial and fintech industry with regional or global exposure.
- A data informed work style, passion for building great and effective/impactful products campaigns, promotion and experiences.
- Ability to provide strategic insights with domain knowledge in gamification is preferred.
- Proficient in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
