Autoflo Technology is the sole distributor of 4 major European chemical equipment brands in Malaysia for the past 20 years. The brands we represent are Dosatron, Injecta, Fluimac and RLS Wacon, with products as varied as water-powered dosing pump, metering pumps, air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, centrifugal pumps, vertical pumps, etc.) as well as control and instrumentations to a wide segment of industries including chemical, glove, paper, food, automotive, printing, paint production, among others.
We are looking to grow our sales team to better serve these industries. Join our team if the below description resonates with you and you are up for a new challenge
- Support the company accountant and director with regards to all accounting procedures and general administration works, including working with account receivable, account payable, inventory, cashflow, etc.
- Prepare invoice, DO and payment voucher to customer for goods sold
- Follow-up and documentation of payment (accounts receivables/ payables)
- Prepare and send payment vouchers to customers
- Record incoming and outgoing stock items into accounting system, ensuring that company’s due process is followed
- Prepares weekly cash flow and debitor/creditor report for management
- Assist accountant in preparing monthly/yearly financial and inventory report
- Prepares directors expenses and other claims
- Filing of documents in a systematic manner
**Profile**
- Minimum 1 - 2 years bookkeeping experience in company with stock inventory
- Have experience in accounting & inventory software system like AutoCount or UBS
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Methodical, detail-oriented, organised, responsible, good time management, reliable
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizen
