**Duties**:

- Attending to the needs of patients who are undergoing treatment to address their needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
- To provide polite, professional and accurate response.
- Respond to queries from customers confidently pertaining to the center’s services and facilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Exceed customer expectations in terms of customer services and in providing accurate information.
- Liaise with back-end support or relevant departments for effective solutions.
- To assist to revert to patients who have given their feedback via the patient feedback mechanism which shall include but not limited to inter departmental investigation and compilation of patient feedback.
- To assist in the preparation of the monthly reports for the customer service department.
- To ensure all Incident Reporting Notification Forms related to customer service incidents are raised within 24 hours.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum two (2) years working experience in related field; experience in healthcare (patient coordination) would be an added advantage
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- **Ability to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Chinese dialects (such as Cantonese) and any foreign language like Indonesian or Japanese would be an added advantage;**:

- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Words, Excel and ability to update information through online system.
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, love meeting people and passionate in serving customers.
- Professional and performance oriented.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Proven ability to delicately solve sensitive matters.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive.
- Good interpersonal skills, confidence and courteous.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
