**_Responsibilities:_**
- Involve in day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, payments, banking transactions, and other accounting & admin / HR work
- Update & monitor cash flow, customer & supplier outstanding.
- Bank reconciliation, employees claim & petty cash.
- Assist in general office admin and operations
- Maintain documentation related to all products.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilitiesM
- Maintaining the company social media accounts
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings

**_Requirements:_**
- An analytical mind, with a sharp eye for detail and efficient computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Good Team player
- High proficient in SQL, Autocount, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Knowledge in tax & accounts is an advantage.
