Aufgaben- To enhance on the processes of the Customer Services, mainly in the Warranty Department.

Process Improvement:
2. Digitalization:
i) Focus in creating automation by using the available resources such as RPA BOT to improve the efficiencies and operations.

3. Warranty Data Management:
i) Explore the system (e.g. QLIK and PowerBI), develop and executing reports for monitoring and steering of various warranty and goodwill topics.
- Qualifikationen- Degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Business
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Words) and Power BI
- English, Bahasa Malaysia and German (optional)
- Data analytical and presentation skills
- Require to travel to the dealers for process studies or project purposes, only if necessary.
