**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessment and documentation.
- Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by the doctor.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and nutritional needs are met.

**Clinical Duties**
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures or surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records.

**Safety and Compliance**
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols.
- Comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.

**Communication**
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Provide health education and discharge planning to patients and caregivers.

**Teamwork and Continuous Improvement**
- Participate in nursing training, CME, and in-house workshops.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
