Administration Executive

This position is for UKM Pakarunding Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
**The Job Description is as follows**:
1. Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondences, forms and reports, arranging meetings, categorising correspondences, electronic filing and hard copies, ensure compliance with target dates and recording minutes as required.
2. Liaise with external parties to ensure the the company is in compliance with the rules and regulations outline by the relevant authorities.
3. Attend all management meetings and Board of Director's meeting, to perform the function as secretary.
4. Prepare accurate and timely minutes of meeting, notices and resolution of the Board in compliance with the Company Secretary's guideline.
5. Plan and manage human resources of the company such as manpower planning, competency development, career development, performance management system, compensation and benefits.
6. Responsible for the overall discipline of staff and to ensure that the company policy and procedures are followed at all times.
7. Conduct supervisory duties to administrative staff.
8. Any other duties as instructed by the management.
