Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient service.

Manage clinic staff schedules, performance, and productivity.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, SOPs, and quality standards.

Monitor inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement of medical and office supplies.

Troubleshoot operational issues and provide prompt resolutions.

Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Implement systems to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.

Business Development

Develop and execute strategies to increase patient footfall and clinic revenue.

Build partnerships with referring doctors, optometrists, local businesses, and community organizations.

Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns (digital and offline).

Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.

Track and analyze business performance metrics, generating regular reports for management.

Represent the clinic in community outreach events, health talks, and networking opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Malaysian citizen, preferably based in or around Kepong.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic operations, business development, or a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic clinic management software.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
