**Requirements**:

- Leadership and stakeholder management - having a firm opinion on security measures
- 8 years of experience in IT security (with architecture as priority)
- Strong knowledge in infrastructure (cloud systems and networking), DevSecOps (CI/CD pipelines and SIEM systems), and software development (scripting and programming)
- Ability to introduce new security technologies, to adapt to different national policies, and to support business goals
