Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians. 5. Prepare daily and monthly reports. 6. Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior. 7. Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage. 8. Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site. 9. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time. 10.Ensure high motivation and professional satisfaction of team members, good communication and information management, proper training of team members and continuous improvement in service effectiveness and efficiency. 11. Provide the necessary preventive and corrective action for effectiveness performance and minimum downtime through carrying periodic inspection and maintenance. 12. To ensure execution of fundamental preventive maintenance programmed, such as overhauling, lubricating and inspection. 13. To make requisition of lorry spare parts inventory materials. 14. Supervising technical staff. REQUIREMENT 1. Minimum One (1) years of maintenance experience is required. 2. Willingness to assist with initiatives and projects as needs arise throughout the organization. 3. Good communication, strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 4. Fluent in English and Mandarin is an added advantage. 5. Able to think independently and rationally. 6. Able to work under pressure, organize time and prioritize responsibilities and multi-tasks.
