We are searching for a talented and motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our growing team In this fully remote, commission-based role, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier Chinese speaking talent for our clients across various industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the interview process by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and preparing interview questions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in the Chinese recruitment landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on Chinese speaking talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese recruitment market and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- 流利的中文普通话和英语听说读写能力。
- 具有强烈的工作意愿和道德操守，能够在远程环境中有效管理时间。
- 熟练使用申请人跟踪系统 (ATS) 和其他招聘软件。
