- 處理薪資和福利安排並確保所有相關索賠均符合保單。
- 計算並驗證佣金。
- 準備管理和業務相關的委員會。
- 檢查時間表並準備每月的加班費和津貼申請。
- 辦理員工住院及保險理賠事宜。
- 處理員工福利活動,如每月生日慶祝活動、體育俱樂部活動等。
- 監控休假記錄和醫療費用。
- 準備並向總部提交每月人力資源報告,即員工名單、員工人數報告、營業額分析。
- 與政府官員聯絡,處理新進員工登記、每月提交問題等事宜。
- 對正職及以下人員進行面試。
- 方向簡報。
- 管理 P&C 郵件。

**要求:**
- 相關學科的文憑/學位。
- 至少 3-5 年相關工作經驗。
- 任務導向。有組織性、按時完成任務的能力和良好的團隊合作精神。
- 能夠與各個層級的人進行良好的互動與溝通。
- 必須精通電腦並熟悉薪資系統。
- 每月可以工作 1 個星期六。
