**Key Responsibilities**:

- Admin Support: Manage administrative tasks to support business operations.
- Documentation: Ensure proper filing, report preparation, and record keeping.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee office supplies, pantry and incoming calls.
- Payroll: Handle payroll processing, salary payouts, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF).
- Government Liaison: Liaise with government bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Employee Records: Maintain employee profiles and up-to-date leave records.
- Responsible for handling tenders in E-Perolehan (KPM Tender)

**Requirements**:

- Experience: At Least 2 years in adminstrative role
- Graduated : At least Diploma in related qualification
- Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Familiar with E-perolehan is an advantage
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and independent.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
